Q: Are your crystals natural?

A: Absolutely. Every crystal in our Soul-Selected and Earth’s Gift collections is 100% natural and handpicked by Rola for its purity and vibration. Because they are gifts from the earth, each stone is unique—expect slight variations in color, veins, and inclusions. This is proof of their authenticity.

 

Q: Can I customize the name on my bracelet?

A: Yes! That is the heart of our Identity Canvas series. You can choose our pre-designed "Identity" pieces or purchase a DIY Kit to string your own story. For custom pre-made orders, please ensure the spelling is correct at checkout.

 

Q: How do I care for my crystal jewelry?

 A: To preserve the energy and beauty of your pieces, we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to water, harsh chemicals, or direct sunlight. You can "cleanse" your crystals by placing them under moonlight or on a selenite charging plate.

Q: Where do you ship from?

A: All treasures are hand-packaged and shipped from our creative studio in Shanghai, China. We ship exclusively to the United States at this time.

 

Q: How long will it take to get my order?

A: Since we prioritize handcrafting and quality, please allow 1-2 business days for processing.

  • Standard Shipping: 5-12 business days ($20, or FREE on orders $95+).

  • Fast Shipping: 3 business days ($88).

 

Q: Will I have to pay customs duties or taxes?

A: No. To thank you for supporting our startup, Rola Land covers all import duties and taxes for our U.S. customers. You just focus on enjoying your crystals; we’ll handle the boring paperwork and fees.

Q: Can I return my order?

A: We want you to love your purchase. We offer a 14-day return policy for most items. However, please note that Personalized/Customized items and DIY Kits (if opened) are non-returnable due to their unique nature. Please refer to our Return Policy for full details.

 

Q: What if my item arrives damaged?

A: We take great care in our "gift-ready" packaging, but accidents can happen during their long journey. If your item arrives broken, please email us at service.rolaland@gmail.com within 48 hours with a photo of the damage, and we will make it right.
