1. PROCESSING TIME (Handcrafting Period)

Because many of our products are handmade or personally curated:

  • All orders require 1-2 business days for handcrafting and ritual-like packaging before they are shipped.

  • We take this time to ensure every detail is perfect and that your crystals are cleansed and ready for their new home.

2. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES 

We provide two tiers of shipping to balance speed and cost:

  • Our packaging is designed to be both beautiful and secure, ensuring your crystals are protected during their long journey.

4. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been handed over to our logistics partner, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to follow your package's journey from our studio to your home.

5. TAXES & DUTIES (COVERED BY ROLA LAND) 

We believe in transparency and a seamless shopping experience. That’s why we have already covered all customs duties and sales taxes for you. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay. There will be no unexpected "customs surprise" when your package arrives at your doorstep.

6. SHIPPING DELAYS & ISSUES

While we strive for timely delivery, international shipping can occasionally face unexpected delays. If your package is significantly delayed, please contact us at service.rolaland@gmail.com, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
